Protecting your energy is essential. It’s hard to move into a space where you feel safe, loved, and joyful if your energy is being drained by unseen forces. And that’s not something to be afraid of, it’s just the reality of the situation.
As we strive to walk in wisdom, let’s actually be wise by doing the work it takes to get the desired results. Here is a shielding meditation that I recommend.
The first time I did this, I was having a really hard time. I was sad, I felt awful, and I knew I had to move my energy around in a different direction. After doing this, I felt 10lbs lighter and so inspired to go out and live my best day. I appreciate Steve Nobel for putting this together.
How to Put Up an Energetic Shield
Here are some other things you can do to protect your energy.
– Start the day off by writing down 5 things you are grateful for.
– Pay attention to your thoughts and learn to immediately cut off negative ones. Keep in mind that just because you have a thought it doesn’t mean it’s coming from you.
-Stop and pay attention to your breathing. Connect with your breath each day.
-Fill your subconscious mind with powerful affirmations. Some of my favorite are: I am amazing. I can do anything. My personal power comes to me naturally. I release old habits that limit my potential. I am calm, relaxed, and centered.
